Employee Spotlight March 2020

Congrats to March Employee Spotlight recipients, Celeste Badke, Stacey Greene, and Robin Elliott. We appreciate the creativity and passion you bring each and every day!

Pictured: Celest Badke; Quote: "I've worked here for 13 years in the RH/IH program. I started as a DSP and became a supervisor about 6 years ago. Over the years, I've watched the program grow, now we supervise 104 people. I love my job and the people I work with. I feel like I'm making a difference through the connections I've made and continue to make. I like taht they come to me when they're having issues. I like advocate for them in their time of need."

Pictured: Robin Elliott; Quote: "I've been working at Kalix for almost 3.5 years. I don't consider this a job, it feels more like hanging out with family every day. This is probably the most rewarding job I've ever had. I love knowing I helped people accomplish something they wanted to achieve. People always ask me why I work so much, and I figure I could stay at home and watch tv or come here and hang out with my friends."
