Employee Spotlight April 2020

Congrats to April’s Employee Spotlight recipients Chris Cellmer and Tracey Wallstrum. Thank you for sharing your dedication and passion with the people we support!

I was a little hesitant when they offered me the job because I haven't worked with people with disabilities before. I didn't realize that I had this level of compassion and skills until I started working here. Over time, I built rapport with a lot of coworkers and have cultivated some great relationships. We love to joke around but also maintain a level of professionalism. Evan and I clicked right away when he started at laundry, becuse of the experience I gained before he started on the laundy route."
