This field can be challenging, but it is also very rewarding. It's a great feeling to see our residents accomplish their goals that they set and to see them grow and build their skills and abilities. I've worked in multiple settings as both a DSP and RC and have built some great relationships that I will hold onto forever."

Pictured: Mindy Hall; Quote: "I've worked at a couple different programs for a total of 4 years. I started at the 330 building and eventually moved to ICF about 2 years ago. I like working at ICF bceause it's nice to provide hands on support and it's something different each day. I like finding different ways to increase independence with day to day tasks. For example, I work with a resident that uses a switch while baking, but she didn't like how slow the switch poured the ingredients. So I offered a bigger measuring cup for her to try and she seems to enjoy baking more with the different cooking utensil options."

Pictured: Tanner Styles; Quote: "I've been working here for 1.5 years. I like hanging out with the people I support and learning new things. I also like seeing what they can accomplish to make their day to day lives easier."
