New Building Exterior in Progress

If you have driven by our location on SE 27th St lately, you’ve seen the slow transformation of the building! The old metal siding had fallen victim to drainage issues caused by installation of asphalt at a higher level than the siding (before Kalix purchased the building).  The result is water problems and the need to replace the siding.  Insulation also needed to be replaced.

Painting on the front section is done – new colors look great.  Note evidence of work in progress on the upper level.
