Employee Spotlight September 2019

Congrats to Ashley Flom for receiving September’s Employee Spotlight.

When a riding mower quit working down at East Totten Trail (we have a contract to mow and maintain two campgrounds near Lake Sakakawea), Ashley figured out how to get the inoperable mower on to a trailer and to a nearby shop to be serviced, and made it a team project for the work crew. Ashley’s problem-solving and persistence minimized downtime, and the crew was able to get back to work as usual the next day.
