Congrats to July’s Employee Spotlight recipients Bonnie Pedersen, Kelsey Patterson, and Rebecca Krall. We appreciate your creative initiatives to improve the lives of the people you support!

My position is ever changing, but one constant is the passion for people supported. I love the challenge of solving a problem and learning from a mistake especially when someone else points it out. Looking forward to many more challenges and changes in the future." Rebecca Krall: "Now I understand the saying, if you choose a job you love, you will never work a day in your life. I look forward to the smiles, laughter, and gratitude from the people I support. Filling my day with challenge soemtimes and rewards all the time is the best feeling at the end of a long day! Over the years Kalix has helped me meet so many great people within this agency and community. I look forward to spending many years to come with Kalix!"
