Congrats to December’s employee spotlight winners Emily Kummer and Zack Bucher. Thanks for showing up every day and making peoples’ lives better!"January marks three years that I have worked for Kalix. I enjoy coming to work every day and knowing my job is making a difference. Being a Residential Coordinator can be challenging at times, but I enjoy tackling those challenges alongside my coworkers. I have worked in a few different fields while working at Kalix and I’ve made connections with so many of our residents that I will cherish forever. I’m so thankful to be part of the Kalix team!" -Emily "I have been with Kalix as a Residential Coordinator for almost 4 years. Before starting as an RC, I was given the opportunity to shadow at several different locations within the agency. All the experience I gained from working within the sites, people, and staff helped me gain the skills I think I needed to be a successful team member within Kalix. I am thankful for the opportunities and support Kalix has given me over the past few years.
