Chris Haseleu, the Kalix CEO, is excited to announce a new Mission, Vision, and Values statement for Kalix and MVW Services. The impact of these changes started in December of 2024 and resulted in multiple responses and feedback from people within and outside of the organization. Our history since 1960 has shaped us an organization and today we continue to focus on PEOPLE through compassion, inclusion, and impactful support. We recognize the impact we have across North Dakota and value all six hundred people that are employed or utilize services within Kalix or MVW Services. We look forward to today and our future by providing purpose for all.

At Kalix, we have numerous vital roles and when Sarah is able to step out of her office and engage with the people we support, it is always accompanied with laughter!
