KALIX Finders Keepers Program

KALIX pays current employees to find new Support Staff and Job Coaches!  We believe that our current employees are uniquely qualified to identify potential quality employees and explain our philosophy, working environment, and benefits. 
 

Each Finders Keepers referral results in the following bonus payments to the employee that referred him/her:

ü      $25 when hired

ü      $50 after three months

ü      $150 after six months

ü      $250, eight hours of PTO, AND a chance in a drawing for a trip to Hawaii after twelve months 
 

Both the new employee and the referring employee must still be employed at each payment date in order for payment to be processed. 
 

The Hawaii vacation package includes air fair and hotel (4 nights) for two people.  Drawings are held each year in May.  The referring employee must still be employed on the date of the drawing.
